The directors of the Commercial Bank of Australia, Ltd., Melbourne, have announced an interim dividend for . the six months ended December 31 on preference shares at the rate of 4 per cent, per annum and on ordinary shares at 6 2-3 -per cent, per annum, payable on February 11 in Australian currency. The rates are unchanged.
