Truck Driver’s Leap For Life

Shortly before midnight last night, Mr Lh Murrell had to jump for his life from a runaway truck. He got clear just before the vehicle crashed over a bank on Tangoio Hill, on the Napler-Gisborne Road.
Mr Murrell suffered scratches and bruises, but no serious injury.
