The Rev. Mr McLure has taken the place of the Rev. Mr Dines, who has returned to Scotland:
Mr G. Cunningham,- supervisor of the K.D.V. mill, met with an unfortunate accident when he fell through a hole in the mill wharf and badly lacerated his left leg.
The Rev. C. Bell has returned from a Bible Class camp at Omapere. The representative trial matches were played at Kohukohu on Saturday, and the following players were picked .to represent Hokianga against Mangonui for the Harding Shield on Saturday:—
