RUSSELL ROAD OPEN
FROM 4 P.M. TODAY.
Mr G. Martin; the member for the Otonga riding of the Whangarei county, advised the “Advocate” at noon today that the Russell Road will be open to light traffic from 4 o’clock this afternoon. Motorists will have to exercise great care as the road is very dangerous. In the event' of heavy rain it would be necessary to ring up before starting.
