“Down with war.” shouted a man among the crowd watching the assembly of the Fascist Grand Council last night. A communique says Signor Mussolini spoke for two hours, dealing with the political and military situation. Marshal de Bono, and Signor Grandi, Ambasasdor to Britain, spoke. General Balbo and the Marchese Marconi were present.
