THREE STORM DEATHS
There have been three deaths in the storm which swept the North Island of New Zealand during the week-end. There was one Northern tragedy, Mi' W. Botterill losing his life at Kaitaia. A middle-aged man, Mr G. F. Webster, caretaker of the Zeehan mine, Waimo, says a Thames message, was carried away during Saturday night while sleeping. A Palmerston North message records the death of a man who was blown off a roof and Wds fatally injured.
