(Received 10 a.m.) LONDON. October 23. Fine gold is quoted today at £7 1/4J an ounce, compared with £7 1/7 yesterday.
Silver is quoted at 25 9-10 d spot, and 291 d forward, compared with 29 9-16 d and 29.1 d yesterday. The quotation for silver at per fine ounce is 31 5-Bd, same as yesterday.
