EX-SOLDIERS’ DECISION.

Some weeks ago the suggestion was made that there should be a parade of returned soldiers at the War Memorial, but considerable objection was raised, many letters appearing in the press against any demonstration of a military character. It was announced yesterday by the Returned Soldiers’ Association that no parade will be held. No reason is given.
