WOOL DISPOSAL
SYDNEY MARKET. FIRM AT HIGHER RATES. SYDNEY, November 7. At the Sydney wool sales today, 11,512 bales were offered, and 9950 were sold; also, 1565 bales were sold, privately. The market continued firm at the recent enhanced rates, but there was still irregularity for weighty fleece wools and ordinary to inferior burry lines. Greasy merino sold to 17d, for six bales from Gunning.
