(Received 12,30 p.m.) GENEVA, September 14. The Permanent Council of the Little Entente, MM,'.Titulescu (Roumanian Yevitch (Yugoslavia) and Dr. Benes (Czecho-Slovakia) decided to support Russia’s admission to the League. ' ,J : The Council also 'p’aSsed a resolution favouring an /‘Eastern ' Locarno,” and decided to support the status quo regarding minorities.
