LATEST QUOTATIONS, LONDON, September 13. Fine gold is quoted today *at £7 0/61; an ounce, compared with £7 0/51 yesterday. Silver is quoted at 21 11-16 d ,an ounce spot, and 21d forward, same as yesterday. The quotation for silver at per fine ounce is 23 3-Bd, same as yesterday.
