(Per Press Association. —Copyright.) • 'MASTERTON, This Day. | .Aji announcement that the Dairy Produce Board had decided to launch an intensive advertising campaign in Great Britain in an endeavour to secure increased .consumption of New Zealand butter and qheese was made by Mr" Dynes Fulton, acting-chairman of the board, .at a ward conference of factory delegates held at Carterton yesterday. In prosecuting the campaign, said Mr Fulton, it was proposed to spend an additional £25,000, and, in order to meet this cost, the board decided at its meeting on Tuesday to increase the producers’ levy on butter and cheese. Mr Fulton said that Australia had agreed to spend £25,000 in one year lon an advertising campaign, and it was proposed that the two countries should -work along the same lines, MERCHANTS’ ADVICES.
