SCHOOLBOY VICTIM,
OUT OF HIS DEPTH
(Special to “Northern Advocate.”) GISBORNE, This Day
' Through getting out of his depth in a deep hole in the Rnakitnri River on Sunday, a schoolboy, Nalder Bruce, aged 18, was drowned. The boy, who was a sou of Mr and MTs W. T. Bruce, of Ruakituri, went bathing with one of his brothers a s li or I distance from their home, and deceased's plight was not noticed until H was ton late to obtain assistance.
