COLLAPSE WHILE OPERATING. . SENSATION AT HOSPITAL'. (Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, September 14. Tlip death is reported of Sir Henry Simsoh,. the noted .British obstetrical surgeon, at the age of 50. Sir Henry has brought more famous children into .'the world than any . other man. He died suddenly of heart failure hi the middle of a delicate operation. He 'suddenly dropped the knife, staggered . back and clutched his chest. He was assisted, tottering, from tlie theatre and laid on a couch, where he died. , Meanwhile an assisting surgeon continued the operation where Sir Henry Simson had stoppe/3. The patient is doing well, and is not aware of „ the tragedy. ■ • Sir Henry attended the birth of the two sons of the Princess Royal, and also that of the Duchess of York’s daughters.
