The Waikato Racing Chub’s spring meeting is being concluded in fine wev thcr and before a good attendance, but the course is slightly holding. Results: —
Matangi Hurdles, of 150 sovs; one mile and three-quarters. —(2) The Lamb, 9.11, .1; (1) Red Comet, 10.3, 2; (4) Wako King, 0.5, 3. Te Kawana was scratched. Won by a neck, a length between second and third" horses. Time—3.l7,
Frankton Handicap, o£ 100 sovs; seven furlongs.—(l) Te Hoia, 8.7, ar/1 (9) Antique, 7.0, dead heat ,1; (5) Belle Star, 7,6, 3. Chang was scratched. Third horse two and a half lengths awav. Time—l.3o.
Ruakura Handicap, of 150 sovs; five furlongs.—(2) Karapoti, 7.12, 1; (9) Full Measure, 7.11, 2; (8) Biddy’s Boy, 7.11, 3. All started. Won by two lengths and a half, a neck between second and third horses. Time—l. 3 1-5.
Hamilton Handicap, of 450 sovs; one mile and a quarter.—(3) True Blood, 7.13, 1; (1) Prince Val, 7.5, 2; (2) High scratched. Won by a nose, tyo and a half lengths between second and third horses. Time—2..10 3-5.
Tauwhare Handicap.—(l) Sir Bus sell 1; (9) Macroom 2; (2) Lunette 3, All started.
