RUAKAKA NOTES

The bridge in connection with the Ruakaka Domain, to link up the mainland with the Domain at all stages of the tide, was started about a week ago, and will bo completed in the course of a few days. It will be a solid bridge, four feet above high water mark. There twill be an official. opening of the bridge at a later date. Quite a lot of shelter shrubs have been planted on the Domain. This will add to the beauty of it. Walks have also been cut in all directions, which makes the Domain a very pretty place. Water is laid on, so that this spot should bfc a very popular resort for holiday makers and picnickers.
