NGUNGURU
(From;Our Own Correspondent.) A very happy time was .spent at the now residence of Mr and Mrs J. Grogan at Ngunguru, when a house warming was given them by their many friends. Cards, dancing and games were heartily entered into by old and young members of the party, after which a good supper was partaken off, Mr Blott, at intervals, entertained the company to a treat on the wireless, 'when parts of the Maori Pageant were clearly hoard. Mr G. S. Brown, on behalf of the party, thanked Mr and Mrs Grogan for the pleasant evening enjoyed, and wished them good luck in their new home. Mr J. Grogan suitably replied. The members of the party then heartily ploughed their way through the mud to their various homes. The euchre prizes were won ns follows: Ladies', Miss G. Grogan; men’s, Mr J. Grogan.
