M-cLeod in responding on behalf of New Zealand express- j ed appreciation of the manner in . which the people of Australia had received the Dominions’ representatives. “Wo in New Zealand,’’ he continued, “arc closest to Australia, and New Zealand has a deep affection for the Australians. There are 40,000 New i Zealanders in Australia and 50,000 Australians living in Now Zealand. I j wish the Australians would visit New !
