I Two Italians were killed and anj other man, Greenwood, entombed be- • neath a quantity of gravel as the result of the collapse of the wall of a quarry at Lindenow. A gang of 80 men are working feverishly in an endeavour to release I Groeirwood. ! It is stated that the fall was due to the wall having been undermined.—A. and N.Z.
