NAPIER PARK RACES. • FIRST DAY. GREENMEADOWS, This Day. Brilliant weather favours the opening day of the Napier Park Racing Club’s winter meeting. The course is in good order, large fields are participating, and the public attendance is in excess of that on many previous occasions. Results:—
Moteo Hack Hurdles, of 150 sovs; one mile and three-quarters.—(l) Mangatoetoe, 9.9, 1; (2) Euchre, 10.8, 2; (3) Eehutsi, 9.4, '3. Scratched: Revel. Won by three lengths, and half a length between second and third. Time—3.l4 4-5.
