THE WEATHER
BLEAK AND VARIABLE. The Weather Bureau reports the following forecast for the 24 hours from f) tv.m. today: The indications are for variable and moderate winds, but south-easterly moderate breezes prevailing. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, and the night will probably be very cold. The barometer will have little movement. The seas will be moderate and the tides good.
