SECRET SERVICE RAMIFICATIONS
BRITAIN HEARS EVERYTHING. (Received 10.21 a.m.) RIGA, February 17. At the conclusion of the trial, at Leningrad, of forty-eight Esthonians charged with espionage, fifteen were sentenced to death. The public prosecutor, in the course of a ten hours’ speech, said that the intelligence departments of Britain and the Baltic States had co-ordinated. Consequently all espionage information had reached Britain.—Reuter.
