SHEEP CHAMPIONSHIPS. HIGH PRICES AT FAIR. (Special to “Northern Advocate.”) MASTERTON, This Day. At the Masterton Show yesterday, William Perry and Sons' salver for a Romney ram under 21 months was won by William Perry, and the second by Quentin Donald. The champion Lincoln ram and ewes were both bred and won by A. E. Anderson, Carterton. In the Southdowns, Hugh Burrell and Son, of Feilding, were awarded the championship in the ram class, and N. G. Rayner (Masterton) the ewe championship. At today's Masterton Ram Fair the first prize pen of four flock rams bred by Quentin Donald brought 19 guineas and the second prize pen, bred by W. Perry, 20 guineas. A single Romney ram was sold for 21 guineas.
