PLOT THAT FAILED
DISCREDITED STORY. . (Received 10.21 a.m.) LONDON, February 17. The Rome correspondent of the Central News Agency quotes a story from the “Popolo di Roma” of a plot to kill Mussolini. Dr. Cardri w:as arrested, and implicated two deputies and thirtyothers, but it was found that all these were his creditors. The police therefore are acting cautiously,—A. and N.Z. .
