At the Supreme Court, Arthur Leo Wolfe pleaded guilty to three charges of forging and uttering at Normanby and was admitted to probation for two years on stringent conditions. The Court is now hearing a charge of murder against Archibald Gray, who killed his son, aged 16 years, at Eltham on November 26. A plea of not guilty was entered, counsel intimating that the defence would be insanity and prisoner was allowed to leave the Court during the hearing. —Press Assn.
