AUSTRALIAN GOVERNOR- . GENERAL. MELBOURNE, This Day. , When Lord Stonehaven was about to return from a visit to Flinders naval base, the aeroplane in which he proposed to make the journey failed to rise and crashed into three machines. It suffered some damage, but His Excellency and the pilot escaped with a severe shaking. They returned by car. —A. and N.Z.
