CAMPBELL CUP SERIES
Tomorrow marks, the fourth draw in the second round of the Campbell Cup competition, and weather permitting the Waro A team will travel to Portland to play against the latter team, while Waro B will journey to Waiotira to play a match there.
The Hikurangi team will meet Y.M.C.A. at the Recreation Park and the match should meet with .a good response from local Soccer enthusiasts. Hikurangi and Y.M.C.A. are only separated by one point in the competition, the former team holding the advantage. The match tomorrow wjll undoubtedly create much interest.
Waro A, the leading team in the competition, has not suffered defeat this season. Out of the eight matches played the team has registered six wins and has played two drawn games, one with Y.M.C.A. and the other with Waiotira. Next Saturday week, August 22, the match between this team and Hikurangi will be. keenly contested.
