'FRISCO-NEW ZEALAND TRADE.

THREE CARGO STEAMERS.

(Special to "Advocate.") AUCKLAND, This Day. The General Steamship Corporation of San Francisco intends trading to New Zealand, employing three cargo steamers, each about 8800 tons dead weight.

The first steamer to sail from San Francisto will be the West Mahwah, which is due to lleave for Auckland and Wellington, via Honolulu, at any time now. The West Mahwah is a new, oil-fuel steamer of 8550 tons dead weight, including bunkers, with a loaded draif tof 24ft. lon. On leaving New Zealand she Willi proceed to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Newcastle, and then will return io Honolulu and 'San Francisieo. She will carry enough fuel) from San Francisco to complete the round voyage.

The West Mahwah will he followed by the West Holbrook, which is about the same size. This vessel will Heave San Francisco about July 10.

These vessels will call at any New Zealand port where sufficient cargo for San Francisco offers.
