(Reuter Cable) (Press Assn.—Reed. 11.10 p.m.) i, PARIS, December 14. M. Briand, referring to the Roumanians' retirement, said: '•■Her armies, supported by the Russian armies, will recover. The Far Eastern question is far from settled, and to-morrow the new front will ue mobilised."
