ROYAL CONGRATULATIONS.

It is stated officially that the King, on the occasion of the capture of Monastir, cordially congratulated the Servian commander and his valiant army which was struggling shoulder to shoulder with the Allies. The Czar sent a similar message. He was persuaded that the common efforts would be crowned with complete victory, assuring Servia the free development of her political life - and the realisation of her national aspirations.
