MOSTLY FROM BERLIN. HOPEFUL PARIS REPORTS. (Renter Cable) (Press Assn.—Reed. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 2. Details of operations in Rouniania are chiefly from enemy sources. Berlin's latest claim is that the Germans » have captured 7000 prisoners and So guns during the last two days. According to a Paris message Roumanian is holding up the enemy west of Bucharest. A most, violent battle is proceeding along- a considerable front, showing a complete volte face by the Roumanians concentrated west and south-west of the belt of forts around the capital. Experts emphasise the fact that the operations of the Roumanian army are not bound up at Falicagul.
