ROUMANIAN ARMY.
REPORTED SPILL INTACT. ("Times" Cable.) (Press Assn. —Reed. 5.30 p.m.) LONDON, December 2. The Roumanian army is still intact with heavy artillery and other guns. The Russian offensive from the Moldavian border cannot have immediate effect upon the Wallachian position. The Germans state that RussO-Rou-manians are using British armoured cars in JDebrudja and two have been destroyed.
