' WELLINGTON, Sept. 4. Jk The Harbour Boardfs permanent Employees have expressed .regret at their action in refusing to handle the Devon's cargo, and all have been reinstated.
Mr Myers, on behalf of Captain Caunce, has again appealed to the Minister of Marine for a re-hearing 'Of the Devon inquiry.
