AN ISLAND MURDER.
INVERCARGILL, Sept. 3
In connection with the case against the Maiden Island native, Esini, who was brought to the Bluff by the barque Anglo Norman a fortnightago, charged with the murder of a fellow native, the magistrate ordered Esini to be deported to Suva. Pending such removal he is to be detained in the Auckland -gaol.
