KILLED BY A TRUCK.
BLUFF, Sept. 3
J. W. King, aged 50, a stevedore, while attempting to apply the brakes to a truck, slipped and was dragged along by the axle box of the truck. He suffered a compound fracture of the right leg and fracture of the left leg, and died in the hospital.
