Fighting a Mobile Delaying Action!
Received Friday, 11.50 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 1. The German Overseas News Agency’s military correspondent says it is authoritatively stated that the German High Command refused to accept the Allied challenge to fight a decisive battle in France. In the present phase of the war the German Command is fighting a mobile delaying action.
