Concert by Kennel Club
The Alanawatu Kennel Club’s concert at the Regent Theatre on Sunday next, August 17, should not be missed, not only on account of its cause, which is for the patriotic fund, but also for the excellent entertainment patrons will receive. Among the outstanding artists is Private J. Pizzey (“New Zealand’s George Formby”); this may be Palmerston North’s last chance of seeing this popular artist prior to his going overseas. “Kura,” the wonder Alsatian dog, has never yet failed in any obedience test. Supporting them are artists of undisputed ability.
