AUTHORITIES ORDER INVESTIGATION Received Friday, 1 a.m. BARRANQUILLA (Colombia), Oct. 30. The Government has ordered an investigation into the flight of the German freighter Heliogoland, which slipped out of Puerto, Colombia Bay, last night without notifying the authorities, carrying 330 Germans, including 20 aviators and mechanics from the defunct Scadta airline. The crew are believed to be sailors from the freighter Hanover who reached Barranquilla by boats after the capture of the Hanover by a British warship.
