Ladies’ Committee of Russell Street School
SUCCESSFUL EFFORT FOR ASSEMBLY HALL FUND
On Wednesday afternoon the ladies’ committee of the Russell Street School held a “ bring-and-buy ” effort when the generous response from parents and friends was shown by the well-filled stall, the proceeds from whicJi resulted in a substantial sum being raised toward the assembly hall fund. Items given by tho school choir were enjoyed by all present. Assistance given by helpers and the senior pupils was appreciated by the ladies’ committee.
