Title Bout for Palmerston North
Last year the Manawatu Boxing Association put on what were possibly the two best bouts of tho year, between Billy Aitken and Young Gildo and between Aitken and Snowy Clark. These wero two great fights, definitely a feather in the cap of the association. This year there has been much angling for the fight between Clarrie Rayner and Billy Aitken, aud again the Manawatu Boxing Association is to be congratulated on having secured it for Palmerston North. Rayner is the holder of the featherweight title and at the Palmerston North Opera House on July 29 the title will be at stake.
