Some thirty cases of minor injury were attended to by the representatives of St. John Ambulance organisation during the hockey tournament at Feilding on Monday. The many friends of Mr. W. Hair, of Kimbolton, will regret to learn of his indisposition and will hope for his speedy recovery. At the last meeting of the Kiwitea County Council the chairman (Cr. L. T. McLean) made mention of the illness of ex-Councillor Hair and the council carried a resolution of sympathy and expressed the hope for his early recovery.
