Wealthy American’s Cruise in N.Z. Waters

Having the leisure to make such a cruise and with pleasant memories of other vacations in tho Pacific to cnCou.age him, the r.wnei 4 of tho visiting American schooner Navigator, Mr. G Marton Singer, junr., of Pittsburgh, arrived at Auckland by tho Monterey, had no hesitation in coming halfway across the vv.irJd to test the attractions of New Zealand. He said be w r ould not be satisfied with his present holiday if ho was not able to see as many of the country’s beauty spots and tourist resorts as possible. Accompanying him on the Monterey is a party of guests.

While in New Zealaud, Mr. Singer hopes to sail in the Navigator around both tho North and youth Islands, although this part of the proposed itinerary depends upon the time available. However, both he and his guests will visit as many of the country’s thermal districts and glaciers as they can and will also spend some timo in trout and big-game fishing.
