Boy’s Tall Story When He Came Home Late

INVERCARGILL, Last Night,
The story that he had been assaulted, gagged, bound and left lying in a ditch beside the road was told by a 14-year-dld boy of Bluff -when he arrived homo later than expected by his parents. To make the story more realistic tho boy arrived home gagged and with his bands tied.
Ho appeared in the Children’s Court with making a false allegation to the police. Ho admitted the assault was merely in his imagination, and‘he was admonished.
