Breslau Incident GATHERING OF GERMANS LIVING ABROAD United Press Association.—B.v Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, July 31. The Daily Telegraph’s Breslau correspondent says that, on seeing the approach of the Czechoslovakia flag borne by three Sudetens during a procession of 200,000 athletes, Herr Hitler turned his back and talked with his entourage until the flag had passed. The Czech Government had granted special permission to a Sudeten-German delegation of 40,000 to attend the sports fete. Herr Hitler made the*6nub most obvious. As the flag was almost opposite the dais, Herr Hitler completely turned. Immediately the flag had passed he returned and flung out his arm to salute the marchers. Scarcely anyone failed to notice the snub, which was greeted with roars of appreciation. Tho procession ended in an amazing scene, the marchers breaking ranks and surging round Herr Hitler’s dais. Herr Qenlein, leader of the Sudeten Germans, looked on apparently uncertain whether to be annoyed at the delegation’s lack of discipline or pleased over its enthusiasm. German delegations attended from all parts of the world, including ex-German South-West Africa, the United States, Memcl, Poland, Rumania and South America. Herr Hitler : ook hands with every South-West African and United States delegate. SUDETEN GERMAN INJURED IN QUARREL Received Monday, 9.40 p.m. PRAGUE, Jnly 31.
