KUMEROA-HOPELANDS MEETING The Kumeroa-Hopelands Women's Institute held their July meeting recently. Airs. Mac Kay presided over a fair attendance. Tlio roll call, “A Humorous Story,” caused much amusement and was thoroughly enjoyed. The competition was the best homemado dressed doll. Mrs. Mac Kay was first and Aliss Bridges second. Miss Ramsden acted as judge. A dainty afternoon tea was served by the hostesses, Atesdames Alabcy and Cranfield and Aliss Toogood.
