From Our Own Correspondent. Wsekly Shoot. The weekly shoot conducted by the Sandon Miniature Itifle Club was well attended this week. K. M. Pearce and K. Gedye. junior Football. A team from tho Sandon Football Cluii played Oroua Downs Club at Sandon on Saturday. The scores were Sandon 9, Oroua Downs 5. R. Meyer scored two trie® for the local team, neither being converted, while P. Gedye kicked a penalty goal. Holt was injured, H. McCabe taking his place. It is to be regretted that it was found necessary to convey Holt to the Palmerston North Hospital, where his condition is reported to be satisfactory. Persona*. Mr and Airs K. L. K.
