Rumanian Parliament Reorganised
RIGHTS ASSURED MINORITIES United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Monday, 11.30 p.m. BUCHAREST, Feb. 21. A dictatorial constitution bearing only King Carol’s signature, announced by wireless early to-day, discloses that Parliament has been re-organised on a co-operative basis. Women are to receive a vote and the voting age is to be raised from 21 to 30. Legislative power is vested in the King, acting through Parliament. Equal rights are assured all minorities. Jury trial has been abolished.
