Insurgents Surround Teruel
CITY AGAIN CENTRE OF HEAVY FIGHTING

An insurgent broadcast from Salamanca early to-day claims that Teruel has been completely surrounded and all road and rail communication cut. Hundreds of prisoners and enormous quantities of war materials have been captured.
[Teruel was captured from the insurgents by the Government early in January.]
