West End School Picnic

SPORTS ALSO HELD There was an attendance of about 400 at the West End School picnic and school sports at the Esplanade on Friday, when the majority of the events were run off. The events yet to be decided are to be held at the school next week. The following were the officials in charge of the sports programme:— Recording steward, Miss Waters, judges, Messrs Dawkins and Haydon, and Miss, Bird; starters, Messrs Rosser and McWha; prize steward, Mr H.
