AMERICA’S INCREASING ARMAMENT EXPORTS United Press Association—;By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received dummy, 9.20 p.m. WASHINGTON, Dec. 5. The State. Uepartment announces that during November Japan purchaser from the United dollars' worth of aeroplanes and Russia 934,000 dollars worth, the increases over October being Japan 571 dollars and Russia 804. The total purchases of munitions by foreign nations was 3,472,000 dollars compared with 1,501,000 in October.
